All year, I looked forward to the opportunity to travel to the East Coast to photograph a real life fairytale Fall wedding day in the Boston area. It definitely didn’t disappoint! I had the honor of documenting a love story that was over 10 years in the making, on a perfect Autumn day at the Willowdale Estate in Topsfield, MA.
Amanda and V.J. began dating at the age of 15 and have been together ever since. This day was the celebration of true love that has endured over the years. Two high school sweethearts that got their happily ever after. If that isn’t a modern day fairytale, then I don’t know what is!
Crisp fall air, dreamy rustic details, and a romantic Estate venue…the details that came together to help tell this special story.
Another very special detail of this day is that I got to shoot with my cousin, Chad Heller. He is an awesome East Coast photographer, yet due to the fact that we live a country apart, we’ve never been able to shoot together! He was amazing and drove up to Boston, from Maryland, to help me out with documenting this day. I am bummed that this doesn’t happen more often, I had a blast working alongside him!
