This past summer, my friend Kayla V Photography and I set out on a scouting adventure, to find an epic location. After a couple of hours of searching, we got our wish and found this magical place that felt as if we had dreamed it up! We were quickly transported from out sunny Southern California, to a mysterious place that felt worlds away! We swore the spot into secrecy between ourselves and set the goal to do a shoot there together one day.
That day turned out to be yesterday.
We got our ideas together and envisioned a shoot that would put an unexpected pop of bohemian warmth, into the icy winter landscape. We crafted a headpiece and bouquet, and used a 70’s wedding gown. The result was snow princess meets hippie goddess ;)
